Clear Communication

Effective project management and regular communication is key to ensuring that the Client and project teams are on top of things.

On project initiation, a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your account together with an Assistant Project Manager. This will be your main point of contact throughout the project but we are happy to bring the project creatives and technical departments into the mix if needed.

We use an online project management system called Basecamp which holds all project details e.g. deadlines, files, copy and email messages. With this system we can track and comment on the project, keeping everything in one place and not scattered around lots of people's inboxes.

This system is accessible via a password protected login page and can be used for all project related communications. If embraced, this system vastly improves work flow and ensures transparent communication throughout the project.
