Training and Support
We are here for you

Once we finish a project we will not leave you blowing in the wind. Added value for us is to develop long term relationships with our clients so that we can support their changing requirements over the years.

As part of any web project, Omni will provide training at the end of the project in the form of an in-house demo at our studios, or a series of phone calls.

Further support services for general technical queries are available for two months post site launch. Following this, Omni will assess the amount of technical support required by the client and a support contract or retainer contract will be drafted and agreed to cover extra support costs.

A typical support / retainer contract allows you to call us and ask for adjustments whenever you like. To retrain new staff members, set up new emails if not managed in-house, set up new domains, help and advice with Search Engine Optimisation, Meeting to discuss future plans and email support. All time is logged as used and at each 6 month interval is assessed to ensure both parties are getting maximum value.
